Rainbow After the Storm

My rainbow after the storm, my promise.

I know I’m a day late on making a “2019 summed up” post, but given these pictures I’m sure you can imagine why.

2019 came with many heartbreaks and challenges, as did the year before that, and the year before that, but on December 26th, 2019, the sorrow of the years past melted away. In the days since, the pain has become a distant memory, and our days are filled with joy and gladness. God fulfilled His promise to us. He blessed us with the absolute sweetest bundle of pure joy. Our rainbow baby. 🌈 No, we will never forget the one we lost, but we will move forward in praise and thanksgiving for what we have now.

The year 2019 ended in many answered prayers, prayers that had long been prayed, and we could not be more thankful.

So, here is to 2020, a year of thanksgiving! ✨
